    Why is carbonation bad? I drink sparkling water, with no sodium or sugar. It tastes good -- which helps me get my 8 glasses.

    I like Sobe diet cranberry . It has no carbonation and it is yum. Only like 5-10 calories per serving. I am not a diabetic, but I read these forums to educate. I learn to eat like a diabetic so hopefully I won't be one. I knew something was up when my waistline and overall appearance improved when I cut out HFCS and focused on fewer sugar grams. I think I'm just a low sugar type, and have been getting it wrong all these years til recently.
