Find a group of friends, don't be discouraged by the fact that some only need to lose 5 lbs while you intend to lose a much larger number. invite them anyway! Hold a friendly competition. we have weigh in Wednesdays. Only one views the "number" to track. a spreadsheet is emailed out to tell the BL that week. by %e of course! We added incentive $$! $25 to join, $1 in the pot each weigh in you gain/don't show up! The highest % of loss at the end of the weeks (usually 10-12) wins the pot!
Depending on your group size, we have a 2nd and 3rd place winner too. I've been BL for 2 weigh ins... had a rough year and didn't reach my long term goal, but lost 35 lbs and kept it off! Make it fun!
