I always have been able to break through a plateau when I eat less at night for a few days. Nothing drastic, but something simple such as cutting back the amount of carbs at night(or switching the cals so that the lunch and early snack are a bit more heavier and dinner is a bit more light). This does the trick all the time but might be a bit difficult. It will help break through a plateau though and has helped me maintain my weight loss of 80 lbs. Hopefully I will remember this for my plateaus.

At night i always feel like ice cream but I wanted to have something with less calories so I started drinking Diet Hot Chocolate. Its a great night snack and only 25 calories, keeps me full and nice to have during the winter. I add a tablespoon or 2 with sugar into it and a little skim milk to cool it down. Enjoy! 469
