With finances being tight, I walk at least 30 minutes a day, and do a 10 min bootcamp video. I belong to 4 bootcamp teams and do a different bootcamp each month. When can't go outside to walk, utilitize free cardio videos on exercise.tv and realage.com. 410
If you have struggled like me to find an exercise routine that you enjoy and keeps you motivated everyday, sign up with a yoga, pilates or other exercise studio that charges you if you don't come to your class. Many gyms or studios have online class sign ups and if you cancel less than 8-12 hours in advance, you have to pay a fee. Saving money is another reason to get up and go at 6am when hitting the snooze button could end your fitness streak!
Every season I scour the community centre activity classes, and sign up for a new one with a friend. Last fall was step, then a belly fit class, now a bootcamp/cardio. It's hilarious to try a new class out, and I only take people with me who have a good sense of humour.
