Whenever I sit down to read or watch TV, I bring with me a plate of cut up fresh vegies and a glass of water. Sometimes I finish the whole plate and sometimes I don't, but I always get more vegies than I would have otherwise!

I buy a lot of frozen fruit & vegetables, and usually just heat them in the micro , with my meal, or thaw the fruit in the micro and add it to my cereal or oatmeal.. So instead of just having pasta, or meat and potatoes, Or just plain cereal or oatmeal , I have added fruit & vegies
It is quick and easy, just grab a cup of fruit or vegies and pop them in the micro,,
