4 fish fillets of perch or sole, 1 tsp of paprika, 1/2 Tsp of Ground pepper, Spinkle of Mrs. Dash, 1 cup of Fat Free Sour Cream
Rinse & pat dry the fillets, spinkle with the spices, put in baking dish and add sour cream. Bake 30 Minutes at 350 degrees or until the fish flakes with a fork. Eat 2 fillets and Add a non starchy veggie and 1/2 cup of brown rice. emoticon
