Besides a Vision Collage, place a small jar filled with pebbles or marbles, one for each pound or half pound you have set your goal at. Take out the pebbles or marbles as you lose those pounds. Keep your jar on the kitchen counter or close to the refrigerator as a reminder to stay on track.
You can also use the same concept for each day you stick with your exercises during the month or over the year!

I like to put positive, motivational statements where I can see them (i.e., computer, mirror in bedroom, cell phone, etc). The one I have on my computer now is "Exercise, H2O and Willpower). Also, I like to hang something that I can't quite fit into on my bedroom/bathroom door for visual motivation.
My husband likes to buy me clothes when he travels. His idea of my size and my actual size USED to be a lot smaller. SO I hang up a piece that I really like in my closet. So every time I get dressed I see it. I have done that 2-3 times now....and I am WEARING those pieces! I also print out encouraging signs and says and tape them on the mirror in the bathroom. I can see them every morning as I am getting ready for work. It helps me remember I am important and worth it! 334
