You are so wise to take care of changing your life style at your age. I sure wish I hadn't wasted half my life being obese. But I've taken control at the age of 58 and I know with my changes I've got at least another 30 years ahead of me.

Yes! Change of lifestyle. This is the trick. I have always thought of the weight itself. I have learned a differant way that is to look at it as lifestyle and being healthy and the rest will follow!

Changing lifestyle is the cure, rather than a treatment of symptoms. It is far better to take the longer, more complicated road and build in habits and conditions that will enhance your LIFE, rather than simply diet and change a dress size (which may or may not stick around long-term).
