Mix it up. Eat high on your caloric range one day, low on the range another day. Vary your exercise routine. Get in at LEAST 30 minutes of cardio daily. Be sure to do strength exercises at LEAST 3 times per week & mix them up too. Don't let your body get accustomed to what you do. You have to confuse it to keep you metabolism moving. Mix it up & SPARK ON!

    This is Very Good Advice. It has worked for me, too!!! Even though I go to Curves every day, the machines 'Mix it up' for me.
