It Worked For Me



Mix it up. Eat high on your caloric range one day, low on the range another day. Vary your exercise routine. Get in at LEAST 30 minutes of cardio daily. Be sure to do strength exercises at LEAST 3 times per week & mix them up too. Don't let your body get accustomed to what you do. You have to confuse it to keep you metabolism moving. Mix it up & SPARK ON!

  • This makes a lot of sense to me. I seem to lose the most weight when I have high and low calories days, combine cardio and strength training (which I need to do more of)! Thank you for sharing!
