As a child I did not like most veggies... but as apart of life ..change is everyday, After growing a garden and tasting fresh home grown veggies .I love many veggies i did not eat a as kid. Give a new food a try just taste it with an open mind.my mom is shocked that i eat carrots and mushrooms. Tasting good food and enjoying them ,makes you a better cook with Healthier Options to your meals

I am a very picky eater so for me I have a few things I like such as sweet potatoes,eggs,turkey & chicken. I'm not a big fruit & veggie eater (texture is a big deal for me). So It is a challenge to try new things. Tried a pear for first time in my life!! Not too bad tasting either
Add spinach, shredded carrot, tomato, Make ahead ground meat for dishes in advance and freeze. Mix in some frozen chopped spinach, shredded carrot into meat mixture. Can use to make spaghetti sauce, meatballs, burgers, etc. It cooks in well, you can't really taste it! Great to get veggies into picky eater's diet.
