    I meal plan, but only weekly... not sure I could plan for a whole month at a time...

    Collect recipes and put one each day on a bulletin board to try.

    I make meal plans as well, every sunday evening I sit down and make our meal plan for the week, its great and keeps you on track with your intake as you are working with whole foods and not processed foods!
