I haven't been feeling well (one of those colds that's going around) and need to do a lot of stuff around the house today. I just read this. After I finish my Spark bookkeeping I will throw on some outdoor clothes and go to a nearby state park for a walk. (I also read on FB that Michael Moore has been doing this for 30 minutes a day.) Thank you!!!!

That's why on days I work, I feel great walking the 1.5 miles. Live in midwest & so far the weather hasn't prevented me from walking: long underwear, down coat, scarf....so far, so good! Take change of clothes for work & it's terrific after having gotten exercise (1/2 hour) & enjoyed the outdoors as well.

i get up at 5 to get ready for work so getting up earlier is not possible. So I make sure that is what I do first when I get home before getting started on anything else!

Yes of course. But I cannot get up very early for that, so I make up in the evenings.
