I pick one small change and make it. This week I just want to eat some fresh fruit and veggies with each meal.

When I focus on one small goal like this, making other little changes just comes pretty naturally, but I'm still only focusing on the ONE LITTLE CHANGE.

    Congats! Taking on too much at one time can be overwhelming and can often cause you to get off track or give up. Taking things one step at a time is the best way to form new habits.
