When I'm feeling stressed, bored, or just watching my fiancé eat crap, I have to "fill the void" with something in order to keep from making a mistake. In other words, exercise for 10 minutes, drink a big glass of water or snack on some fresh veggies.

    Great I am just getting to that stage where I am learning to do something with my hands so I can't have those snacks or junk food.

    Usually listening to a good "pick me up" song does the trick for me.
