Just getting up off the couch/bed what ever is some thing. Just get up and do some thing, even if it is just walking to the post office or to the corner and back, it is at least some thing and better than sitting there and doing nothing
This might not help you lose much weight but it will hopefully inspire you to get up and do some thing healthy for your self

I don't always feel like exercising, but once I am out there doing it I enjoy it. Just get out the door and start doing something, anything outside. Gardening, walking, raking leaves, walking the dogs, running, biking, or skipping down the road. Just give it a chance!
When you are having a pity party for yourself, try to refocus on all the positive things in your life to re-attune your attitude. Look at your accomplishments, all you are grateful for (it could be just because you woke up today sometimes! lol). "A joyful spirit is evidence of a grateful heart"
Keep saying "I am grateful for______" filling in the blanks each time with something different until you can no longer think of anything.
