Begin your day by keeping a positive motivational mantra in mind. Every morning before I do anything else - checking the time or hitting "snooze" - I close my eyes, take a few deep breaths, smile (thinking of my husband laughing brings a huge smile to my face), and repeat the following mantra:
"I am beautiful. I am strong. I am loved. I can do anything I put my mind to. Today, I will make positive choices, follow my dreams, and work hard towards my goals."
Repeat as needed throughout the day.
