Begin your day by keeping a positive motivational mantra in mind. Every morning before I do anything else - checking the time or hitting "snooze" - I close my eyes, take a few deep breaths, smile (thinking of my husband laughing brings a huge smile to my face), and repeat the following mantra: "I am beautiful. I am strong. I am loved. I can do anything I put my mind to. Today, I will make positive choices, follow my dreams, and work hard towards my goals." Repeat as needed throughout the day.
"A mantra is a sound, syllable, word, or group of words that are considered capable of "creating transformation" (cf. spiritual transformation)." (borrowed from Wikipedia)

A simple sentence with powerful words really do push you through that last quarter of your workout. Construct a sentence that really speaks to you. Make sure to leave out any words that might leave you with doubt. Instead of "I think I am strong" say "I am strong." Repeat it in your head. Sounds crazy, but so far it is really helping me stay positive about where I am and what I need to do to reach my goals.
