Tracking what I eat is key! The iPhone app is super easy and I always have it with me. Even a rushed lunch at my desk, I can enter what I eat while on hold or standing at the scanner! Plus, the little push you need to keep from eating the cupcakes that a coworker brought in is right there, in your phone!

    This is my biggest tool. I downloaded it onto my ipod- it makes choosing healthy options when I am out so much easier and then I really can decide if that sandwich is worth the calorie and fat count.... emoticon
