    It's also easier to do this when you are cooking healthy foods - Way harder when you are making chocolate chip cookies (LOL)!

    I have the baby carrots and a cup of coffee or tea too. I do not drink water but they are both water so it keeps me hydrated on hot days in the kitchen.
