Don't add more sugar to your diet. If you get a sugar craving eat a sweet potato. A sweet potato is digested slowly to prevent cravings and sugar spikes. Eat the peel as it is good fiber. Steam, Bake, or microwave plain with no butter, just add cinnamon. Still Yummy! emoticon

  • Sweet potatoes are so good..I make sweet potato fries . slice them up for fries mix in a small amount of olive oil and Mrs. Dash and put on a cookie sheet and into a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. So yummy. - by ANNIEGYRL
