If you love pizza you will appreciate this. Take english muffins of your choice, a low cal pizza sauce and healthy cheese. Garnish with veggies of your choice and spices. Put in oven or toaster oven and bake until crispy. This totally gives you that pizza feel and taste that you love.
MORE INFORMATION:
Check out my food diary to see exactly what I use. It is usually like 300 something calories for two full muffins. I load it with garlic and it takes care of my cravings and fills me up. English muffins are great and have good protein and fiber depending on which ones you choose! ENJOY!
When eating pizza I have found that taking clean paper napkins and gently blotting the top of your pizza will wick up a fair amount of oils . The last time I had pizza at our favorite place I used 3 napkins on an 8 inch square pizza. I figure any oil I take off the top of my pizza is that much less oil that I am not taking in.
