I try to make 50% of every meal I eat vegetables. It particularly helps when I am away from home, I automatically fill my plate half full with salad, then add the protein and carbs.

    My doctor told me to do this too. Sometimes I get tired of chewing all the vegies, but it tastes so good. I also heard that the act of chewing helps reduce stress.

    Go to AllRecipes.com and look up how to make your favorite dressings. Remember you can sub greek yogurt for mayo or heavy cream.

    I am eating more vegetables now than before,and every morning I make my own veggies juice and it is Great,I love in that way I get more veggies in my day, and the next thing I don't use Salad Dressing,only use lemon with a little Olive oil.

    i been more salad but i love salad dressing omg 2 tbs 150 cal and all the sodium wow now that makes me sad!! i dont like any of the low cal dressings or low cal anything for that matter anyone have suggestions? emoticon
