After 5 years of low carb, I ought to be the HAPPIEST person on earth....but that did not happen...but I can say that eating chicken livers helps deflate my cravings for sweets...

I don't believe protein can CURE depression. Hopefully, it can help improve it, though. Please don't take offense.
