Have you ever found yourself in a "rut". Then for the rut begins to spiral downwards as you put back on lost pounds that you worked so hard to lose? You are NOT alone!!!
There certain times of the year that trigger this more than others. For example "The Holidays" or summertime seem to be the worst for me. During these times instead of losing focus - simply change your focus. Prepare yourself to not lose (or not as much) during this time, instead focus on maintaining your current weight.

Don't fool yourself, maintance during a tough time is in fact weight lost. It is just weight lost that you haven't yet gained. So, the next time things get tough - choose maintence - don't let yourself go down that snowballing spiral.
