Yoga!

This Sparked Me!

The only bad thing I can say about yoga is that I didn't discover it until I was in my 50s. I have only been doing it for about 3 months now and the difference in my whole outlook, fitness level, sleep level and stress level is nothing short of miraculous. I am more aware of my body at rest, my breathing and my overall well-being. This gives me energy to help others, be the best me I can be and look forward to each new day as the gift from God that it is. Go YOGA!

Yoga keeps me limber. My father practiced it and I ignored it for years, until my late 50's. I wish I had paid more attention to my Dad. emoticon

Yoga is wonderful!! I feel so grounded afterwards and have a better attitude!! It helps with arthritis!! I'm sorry I didn't discover it until I was 40. I will be practicing the rest of my life as well!

Yoga is fantastic! I did it as a child but gave it up in my "rebellious teenage" years, lol. I am now 46 and finally getting back to it. I wish i had done it all my life but I am happy that I will be doing it the rest of my life!

I too did it as a child. It is time i started again with my stiff joints, but I keep on putting it off!
