I have started drinking 5-6 cups of hot green tea a day, sometimes more. It makes me not crave food so much and I don't feel the need to constantly snack. It may just be because of all the water, but who cares? It works. I've read for years that green tea helps with weight loss, and I really think it does.

    I have heard lots of good things about green tea, but have not found one I like. I will try this again though, thanks.

    I have also tried Yerba Mate--lost 10 pounds when I was drinking that exclusively. Just another one to try!
