This is a great idea. I'm going to try drinking tea before bedtime and also, drink some tea instead of snacking between meals. Thanks

Me too! It's my little indulgence at the end of the day!

I agree. It helps me from having the 'munchies' in the evening. I also have some in the morning if I can as a bit of a 'filler' and to get some water in me

I drink SleepyTime tea as well! I feel much less hungry when I have a cup of tea before bed.

Getting in my water
I really like tea, but I know my body craves water. I fill my water bottles at the end of the day, place them in the fridge to cool down before bed. I first drink a full bottle of water before I allow myself a glass of tea...then repeat the procedure. Usually, I get all my water in before my tea.
MORE INFORMATION:
Getting my water in helps me to remain hydrated, so I don't confuse hunger with thirst, thereby acting as a natural appetite suppressant, rather than trying to just suppress my hunger. I've also noticed that my body works better with water than it does with other soft drinks.
I usually get a craving before I go to bed. Before I put any food in my mouth I prepare a nice cup of warm tea. I drink it in bed and I am usually too comfy to go to the kitchen. If I can get out of bed then I am certainly hungry enough to eat something. 99% of the time I just fall asleep.
If people only ate when they felt true hunger, few of us would struggle with our weight. So why (and where) are we eating so much, and what can we do about it? Start here.
