I am a coffe drinker and love my creamer, but I am going to start using half-n-half in my coffee instead of the creamer. I am trying to get rid of all the "partially hydrogenated" things in my diet. So I am switching to half-n-half and Truvia. If I have to I can drink the coffe black . . I didn't think I could, but I tried it the other day and I found that needing the creamer is all in my head emoticon

New year . . new goal!!! I am going to eat healthier this year! I have to for me!!

To me good coffee doesn't need anything. I'll put some skim milk in really bad coffee to make it drinkable though.

If plain coffee isn't to your liking try some flavored coffees. These add flavor without calories. - by GIANT-STEPS
  • I used to use half and half, but the calories really added up. I switched to 2% and didn't really notice a difference. Eventually I switched to skim milk, and again didn't really notice. Now I rarely add anything to my coffee, if it is fresh. I won't drink stale coffee. - by JWARD199
  • try skim milk instead or evaporated skim milk and ditch the fat competely! emoticon - by WETPTARMIGAN
