There are two things that work for me.
1. Weigh myself every day.
2. Keep a food journal. I have a computer program that I use to enter all my food. This program tracks calories and nutrition. Tracking everything is the key!

  • YES, YES, YES to weighing yourself every day! Two pounds up might be just a daily glitch, but if it persists over several days it is a signal to start being more diligent and extra particular on daily tracking of food intake and also exercise. - by PAULALALALA
