I asked myself this question. What if I saw myself the way my friends and family sees me ? Attractive, powerful, loved without conditions, and worthy just as I am. If I see myself this way, I can love myself they way they love me. This has made all the difference.

Loving yourself is the way to taking care of yourself. This is where it all begins.
When you don't feel like doing the things you know you need to, push through and just do it for yourself. Taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of everyone else; once you take that first step in the right direction, the next one becomes a little easier.
Sometimes, you've got to be a little bit selfish and that's not bad. Putting yourself second to everyone else makes your goals suffer and it makes you resent them.
Put yourself first. Take care of yourself. Then you can help others. Don't let what others want become an excuse to not get what you need or what you want.
