I used to have trouble staying on track and came to realize that it typically was when I didn't have the right foods in the house. Make sure you always stay well stocked with healthy nutritious foods that are easy to prepare. I keep a list of "essentials" and have it with me when I goto the store.

I found that it works time and time again. If I wear tight clothes or my workout clothes to the grocery store, I buy healthier than going when I feel frumpy!
