Go here and sign up even if you've not yet reached a goal. The people on this team are so supportive and helpful. They amaze me with their great attitudes and help and honesty!! It's like a "family affair" with them. Yell "help" and someone answers! It's that easy. Have a great day!!
Sometimes when the scale does not move nor your dress/pants size you have to figure out if it is a plateau or you. Always be honest with yourself as the honesty is not for the other people but for you.306
