Guilt-Free Indulgence



Instead of reaching for a Milky Way or other unhealthy treat, I keep Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips on hand. I allow myself 1 serving per day. I will sprinkle a tablespoon on protein pancakes, mix them with yogurt, or just treat myself to a few chips. This way I gain the added health benefits of dark chocolate without going overboard.

  • I keep a dark chocolate bar in the freezer....when I am feeling the need for a sweet treat...I break off a piece..satisfies the craving without going over board.
