For those of you that haven't read The Spark yet, you must. I love this comment. Just start with 10 minutes. There are many great videos available on SP to get up and move. Once you start with those 10 minutes, you know you can go 10 minutes more, or maybe even more.

For me as long as I stay flexible with my workouts I stay motivated Let's face it we all have lives that have bumps in the road My life is more of murphy's law What can go wrong will go wrong - For me when my life takes a turn off my main course its just a minor detour. This is the time to go with the flow and make do with what time I have . Life happens don't worry over the bumps in the road.
