Christmas time...amazingly yummy dinners...desserts...drinks. ...the Tripple D!!!! But honestly who can pass it ALL up??? Certainly not me!!! I have come to terms now that you are allowed once and a while to take an extra scoop...eat a yummy dessert and course enjoy some holiday bevies!!! I love the 80% clean 20%junk rule!! *junk as in anything you don't NEED to eat but enjoy eating...Moderation is the key to success!! :)

So true!! Keeping up with my exercise but having trouble with the eating! Just had to sneak one of thise Sweet Marie bars this aft but I'm not sweating it. I'll have to remember that 80/20% rule!:)
