My secret to working out is not to overthink my workout! When I start to do this, I will come up with every excuse not to workout. Eg: I'm too tired, not enough time, I don't feel like it, I can't. I have learned to just get moving and jump right into some kind of exercise. I feel great afterwards and don't have to put myself through the guilt of not reaching my daily workout goals. Just keep going...don't overthink it, if you don't feel like working out or tracking your food. Just do it!!! Write a note after tracking you're fitness, reflecting how you felt before, during and after your workout, you can look back on it and 'just keep going' 334 when you're feeling low and like you want to stop.
Don't think about it.....just do it! Gather your info....create a plan and stick with it for several weeks...don't overthink it....before you know it you will have done it! When you get bored with your plan...create a new one and go from there! Never give up!
