I had no bowling today & tomorrow they are but I am snowed in, my driveway has drifts. I called & they are letting me bowl Friday afternoon. I do my exercises & eat well but my heart is not in it. I have no energy & I think I have the Winter blues, that's not good. I want to enjoy what I am doing & I have to pick myself up & start going & doing & living. I want to enjoy life like I do in the summer. Need to stop throwing life away. Get up, get going now, no more wasting!!.

You can do it, don't give up :) I found that when I'm really struggling and having a hard time getting moving, I do one little tiny trick and I feel like a new person. It will sound totally cheesy and lame, but it works for me :)
I go into my bathroom, I take a washrag and soak it in cold water and then I scrub my face....with it being cold water, it wakes me up, clears a lot of fogginess out of my head and I feel like a renewed person and ready to take on whatever the day hands me. I know, I told you cheesy but I swear by it :)
Good Luck :)
