I had no bowling today & tomorrow they are but I am snowed in, my driveway has drifts. I called & they are letting me bowl Friday afternoon. I do my exercises & eat well but my heart is not in it. I have no energy & I think I have the Winter blues, that's not good. I want to enjoy what I am doing & I have to pick myself up & start going & doing & living. I want to enjoy life like I do in the summer. Need to stop throwing life away. Get up, get going now, no more wasting!!.

With a wide-spread winter storm (affecting 30 states), many of us will be shoveling snow to get cars out of garages, driveways, etc. Remember this is a HIGH INTENSITY form of exercise & it can be CRITICALLY Important that you warm up muscles before going out with your shovel. If possible, shovel snow only if you have someone who can be with you in an emergency Don't push too much snow at a time; take frequent breaks; stay hydrated & dress in layers Above all, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! Almost everyone
will be tired before the time regularly spent exercising If you find it difficult to breath, break into a Sudden sweat, have pain in your arms, chest or back, STOP IMMEDIATELY! You could be in a health crisis. If the pain continues, call 911. I had a Heart Attack at age 33! It was NOT FUN!
