At first this seemed impossible to do, but as I record my steps and they are steps, noticing that seems easier and starting to look forward to walking and making little steps to exercise.

I make a special tray of ice using either a dash of lemon juice or a real lemon slice. Once frozen I had a few of these to my glass of water. Pretty AND flavorable!

I found by doing this it was easier for me to drink more water throughout the day without getting bored.
