4. I kept a half gallon of water at my desk & refilled it every morning. I wouldn't leave work until I'd finished the whole thing. It only took a few days before I was sipping a little during the day instead of waiting & drinking several glasses before leaving for home. As a result I had to make several trips to the bathroom during the work day. I started doing 10 "somethings" every time I'd visit the bathroom, 10 jumping jacks, wall push-up's, squats, etc. By the end of the day I'd done a lot,

Before I was a teacher I was a bookkeeper, a sedentary job. I came up with several ways to increase my exercise level. I was able to lose 50 pounds in less than 6 months. This is what I did:
1. I stopped driving to work and instead started taking the bus. The closest stop to my job was 10 blocks away, close to a mile in distance. I walked fast to be able to get to work on time and also to not miss the bus going home, it was an hour wait for the next one. (To be continued - 3 more steps)
