I admit that it is very hard to stay on track during the holidays and I seem to take a "vacation" from the gym and the good eating habits. I am turning over a new leaf for January 1, 2011. Out with the old and in with the new.

removing negative thoughts and replacing them with positive messages and encouragement have led to my getting back on track.
I had a few o life's bumps which I allowed to slowly keep me from doing the things I know would keep me on track. This led to me heading in a downward spiral of negative thoughts and self-loathing. Until I realized I had the power all along to stay in control and make the correct choices.
