Life is busy, but the good thing about having goals is that they don't have to be long and drawn out. They can be short enough just to give you that feeling of success and accomplishment, that jumpstart you need to spring board you into where you are trying to get to and where you wanna be. Vision boards are good because it allows creativeness and keeps the picture right there in front of you and helps you to maintain your focus. Start the year off with a positive mental attitude for success.

Many people make a vision board/collage/goal-board or whatever you want to call it. You can put quotes and motivational images on it and hang it were you can see it everyday. Well, I created a "mini-vision board" I carry in my purse and look at any time of the day.
Cut out images or hand write whatever you like on a index card large enough to fit everything you want, but small enough to fit in your purse, wallet, pocket, tacked on your desk or wherever! It's best to laminate it, our simply put strips of scotch tape across it to protect card from wear & tear
For various goals in my life I always start with a "Vision Board" A sortof collage made up of photos, pictures (from magazines or elsewhere), key motivational images and words that pertain to the goals I will achieve. Currently I am in the process of recreating myself by the time I turn 60 (in 2 years) and weight loss is a part of that
I made my vision collage on a piece of poster board going the long way. I listed big all my goals on the right in bright fun colors, then on the left all my magazine pictures of my goals. I put a craft magnet in each of the corners and it fits perfectly on the fridge..
It's the first thing I see before I grab anything out of there and you can easily put it on and take it off (i try to when I have company, but most of the time I say whatever, it's my goals. Im not ashamed ) :)
