Make a collage of phrases and images that are in line with your goals, and make sure you write you goal really big in the middle of the images!
If you see your goal and things to motivate you, you will see it more often, and it stays at the front of your mind all day, so you make conscious decisions that move you toward your goal.

i like to surround myself with motivational and inspirational images like pics and artwork like the ones i chose one week as a part of my fast break goals! i also like to go back to my goals/motivation posters and remind myself of the positive direction i am heading (even if i had a bad day).
Collect the positive comments people give you and write them down. Put them in a journal, write them on slips of paper and put them in a jar, put them on posters! Don't forget to add your successes to the journal and to the slips of paper.
Make a poster with all the positive comments people tell you. When you feel a little blue, or having trouble with your motivation - take a look at the journal, or the jar, or the poster and visually see what people are saying about you!
