I am a girl but when it comes to getting advice about exercise and diets I look at men's magazines. Women's weight loss magazines are ok but the men's mags are a bit more intense and different! Try it out! I get Men's Health, you get so much more advice in a magazine. Women's magazines have more fashion advice, motivational stories etc. It depends what you want but if it's hardcore help.....then MAN up!!!!
