I am the kind of person that likes to snack/graze. So what helped me a lot was to always have munchies that are healthy with me at work etc...so I take blueberries, strawberries, snap peas, carrots, apples, oranges, or whatever is available.

More Information:

When I have the urge to snack or I feel hungry, there is a healthy alternative.

    I read about the fresh veggies and the fruit have low caloric counts so I have absolutly started this and I feel better about the foods I like this much better I loved to snack and all, but I really didnt like the foods so I would eat more and now i love what I am eating and didnt think I would - by LHOWARD20
