This is a podcast I love specifically about FAT LOSS. Topics include diet, exercise and motivation. Ray Hinish and Blythe Alberg are the moderators and are both in top athletic shape. Blythe is a "professional fitness competitor", which means that she competes in female bodybuilding competitions. Her goal is to maximize fat loss using resistance training and diet to keep her body in good competitive form. However, she is not all muscled up and huge, she is simply in excellent physical shape.
Ray and Blythe offer up their own real life tips on what they do and how they coach others to maximize fat loss. Best of all this is FREE. This is a great podcast to listen to to stay motivated, while working out and also for looking for tips to break through a plateau.
