Did you know that your body makes all the cholesterol it needs? Meat and animal products provide added cholesterol and can cause problems if you consume too much. Why not try going meatless for a week? Not only will your health improve, you will save money! Here are some great meat alternatives:
-beans, all kinds!
-eggplant (cut it thick and grill like a steak)
-tofu (press ALL water out, marinate, then saute or bake)
-Morningstar Farms burgers, riblets, or hot wings

MORE INFORMATION:
Add lots of vegetables and fruits and whole grains. Try it for a week and see how you feel. Experiment! Challenge yourself!
