It's not a secret, it's making the change. Eating healthier and working out, that's it. Having a workout partner helps, but you can only count on you in the end. Keep motivated. Lots of times you'll eat unhealthy or not work out, just get back to it. That's it.

If you are afraid of again failing with your weightloss attempt, make a priority list of everything you want to accomplish in order to live a healthy lifestyle. Concentrate only on item 1 & work on that until you are comfortable w/the change b4 moving onto numbers 2, 3, 4, etc. Find what works for U
