    Wish I could have gum, sadly most contain Aspartame, which triggers a migraine in about 15 mins after I eat it. emoticon

    i started doing this a couple of weeks ago and it helped me keep my weight gain to 1 1/2 lbs over the holidays instead of my customary 5! emoticon
