Pierogi's with Spinach and Feta cheese are now available by Mrs. T in the frozen aisle. 4 Pierogi are 180 calories, 1 sugar, and 31 carbs. I add a side of Green Beans and some sour cream for a great dinner. I fry them to make them crisp, but they can be boiled or baked as well.
