Cardio and Yoga
Doing my cardio and yoga on the same day works well. I get hot and ready for yoga by doing the cardio first. I alternate days one day I'll do cardio and yoga and the next day I do strength training. It's working well for me.
Strength trainiing is changing my life for the better! I alternate days of working my arms and doing some light cardio with days of strengthening my thighs and abs. It's helping me lose weight and feel good about how my body looks! In fact, I even blogged all about it.
Keep your eating clean and journaled; switch up the exercise that you do often...try new ways of exercising you haven't tried before.

I don't let my body get used to any one exercise routine. I just make sure to have cardio, strength training, range of motion, and flexibility exercises daily, working different muscle groups on alternate days. The scale is useless...take measurements instead. This is what really counts.
