I don't act like a heavy person trying to lose weight. I act like the weight I want to be, meaning I visualize what that person eats, how much they eat, and how they exercise. I consider the things they would or wouldn't do and act accordingly. It keeps my process forward thinking.

When presented with choices, ask yourself what you would do if you were already at a healthy weight. Would you eat just because food is there, would you eat only what you wanted, or what you liked? Am I hungry? What do I really want?
I find that when I everything in front of me, and not what I really want, I keep shoveling it in, yet it really doesn't satisfy me. Now, I try to eat what I really want or do without until I can get to the store.
There are times when we all feel "fat" and just want to hide from the world. At those times I force my self to dress up, Stand tall, Make eye contact, smile at others and walk with confidence. After a few minutes you will feel your own attitude change. It does take an effort but it is worth it
An added plus to this is that when you act confident others will be more attracted to you...regardless of your current weight.
